They supported you as long as you didn't do better than them

They wanted you small and when you started winning, that's when everything changed. When you start doing better than them, there's an issue. Why all of a sudden is it an issue when you're winning now and you have exceeded their expectations? Why is that all of a sudden an issue? Why is there a problem now when you started walking into the voice God made for you?
I'll tell you why. It's because sometimes when people are not doing what they're supposed to do, they don't want you to move either. They want you to stay stuck. What I'm coming to tell you is that God has more plans than that for you. Congratulations. You are stepping into your next level. Keep moving.
Years ago when I was honorably discharged from the Air Force, which I like to say the greatest Air Force in the world, I struggled when I got out because I shouldn't have gotten out. It was a premature move and I was too prideful to go back in. The craziest thing when we make decisions like that, right? We look back over our lives and ask, "what was I thinking?" And it's hard for us to forgive ourselves. I know that feeling, because I lived in regret for a long time and sometimes still today I have to stop myself and say, "Sharon, God has more for you." I'm constantly in prayer about that thing, about the many mistakes I've made, and the fact that I sometimes think I should be further along. I've beat myself up for many years, but today I'm much more settled and more confident in where God has me.
Ladies, God has a plan for you, just like He does for me. Proverbs 16:3 says, "commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans." So, you don't have to worry about what anybody says. You don't have to worry about the people who are no longer in your corner or the ones who have gone ghost on you. That was actually a good thing that they did those things, because that's what you needed. You don't need the naysayers in your camp. Without them you are free as a bird and you don't have to concern yourself with relationships like that. You are free indeed to do whatever it is you're going to do with extreme focus and precision in Jesus' name.
